The running order of the competition will be determined between 20 and 25 November 2026 by the official
representatives of POSA, after the closing of the athlete registration deadline (1st November 2026). Registrations
opened on 30th August and will close on 1st of November 2026 with all documentation included. If a National
Federation reduces the number of participating athletes after the final registrations, POSA/TC reserves the right
to modify the starting order to ensure the best possible running of the competition.

Registration & Accreditation

Definitive Registration must be sent by the 1st of November 2026 from each National Federation.
All documentation and music must be sent by the deadline (10th of November) to worldaerialsport@gmail.com in one email.

• Competitive medical certificate (8 years older)
• Athlete Insurance
• Identity card or passport
• AICS membership card (only for Italian athletes) and private insurance for foreign athletes. The
  organization reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks on the insurance documentation.

• Receipt of Athlete Registration
• Receipt of Coach Registration
• Copy of Medical Insurance, preferably in English*
• Parental consent form
• Code of Ethics Form Signed

Music

To minimize technical issues with the music for the competitions, the Organizing Committee has decided to accept athletes’ music submissions exclusively in MP3 format. All music for the World Aerial Sport Championships 2026 must be submitted online in a single email, along with all required documents. Athletes must send their music by November 10th via email to worldaerialsport@gmail.com 
Each music file will have to contain the following information:

• The name of the nation (official abbreviation of the country)
• The first and last name of the competitor/s
• The category
• The length of the music

(Example: ROU_ RADU_Alina_Junior_IW_3min30s_mp3 or mp4)

In addition, the competitors need to bring their music with them to the venue on the competition day on a USB stick as a backup.
Caution: An incorrectly named music file will receive a warning from the Head Judge (as per the Code of Points). The list of categories is available on the POSA official website.

Athletes Application Fee

All the application fees are detailed below

Coach fee: individual fee 25€

Athletes who fail to formalize their registration by the deadline will be required to pay a €50 late fee starting from 2nd of November, 2026.
Federations that need to pay in cash are required to ensure that all registered athletes are present. Otherwise, a penalty of €70 for each missing and unjustified athlete will be applied and must be paid directly at the competition venue by the Head of Delegation.
In the event of non-payment of the penalty, all athletes of the non-compliant Federation could be excluded from the competition, with no possibility of any refund; The Ethics Committee will intervene in real time.

Payment deadline for all delegations and athletes’ registration is on 1st of November 2026.
The team registration is considered complete upon payment of the required amounts.
