The rates below include full board (three meals per day) and full access to all SPORTCAMP facilities, including
(but not limited to) the gym, mountain climbing facilities, and all sports infrastructure.

Accommodation Rates Sports Camp

Triple room: 70.00 € per person
4-8 beds: 65.00 € per person
9-16 beds: 58.00 € per person
All rooms have a private shower and toilet. Prices include VAT and full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Accommodation booking deadline 01/11/2026

Please note that accommodation availability at SPORTCAMP is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

After the accommodation booking deadline, 01/11/2026, or once capacity is reached, the participants will be required to arrange accommodation in external partner hotels or other nearby options at their own responsibility and cost. Upon check-in, participants will be required to present proof of payment. Checks for payment of any fee will be made at check-in.

Please note that the Sports camp Loutraki is not a hotel but a sports training retreat centre; therefore. Triple, quadruple, and four-eight rooms, nine-sixteen rooms are available. We strongly recommend booking well in advance. (Deadline 1st of November 2026) by email:

Payment for the room is not related to access to the competition area. Any receipts from the Sports Camp Loutraki presented at the ticket desk will not be considered valid as spectator admission tickets.
